Sessions blend controlled flow, Pilates‑inspired strength work, and focused flexibility, tailored to the group.

• 4 x 55-minute sessions over 4–6 weeks
• Yoga Conditioning tailored to your level and goals
• Optional equipment: Light weights, resistance bands

• Building strength in areas that limit ease or progression
• Improving control and stability in challenging postures or transitions
• Developing mobility where restriction limits movement
• Learning Pilates-style flows for strength and coordination
• Targeted conditioning to support yoga practice
• 1:1 — £45 per person
• 2 people — £25 per person
• 3-4 people — £15 per person
