Background

I’d been practising yoga for a number of years and over time, I noticed that I was repeating patterns. While consistency has its benefits, I began to feel a sense of limitation in certain postures, as though I had reached a plateau.  That feeling sparked a curiosity about how I could support greater freedom in my practice.

I began to explore different movement approaches to enhance strength and flexibility – both on and off the mat.

It’s an ongoing journey, but I’ve noticed that when I include this kind of work – even once or twice a week – my practise feels more open, with more space to connect to the breath, soften effort, and find stillness.

These workshops are a chance for me to share that exploration with you.
