Perfect if you’re curious about Ashtanga but find group classes daunting. These 1:1 or small group sessions introduce the Primary Series in a clear, step-by-step format, with modifications to suit your body — making the practice accessible and helping you build confidence.

• Breathwork or guided relaxation
• Optional props: blocks, belt, bolster, blanket

These Pilates-inspired sessions focus on core strength, postural control, and functional conditioning. Ideal for post-rehab support, injury prevention, or simply feeling stronger in your body.

• 4 x 55-minute sessions over 4–6 weeks
• Mat-based Pilates tailored to your level and goals
• Optional equipment: light weights, resistance bands
Ideal for:
• Strength development
• Core and spinal stability
• 1:1 — £45 per session (£180 total)
• 2 people — £25 per person, per session (course total £100 per person)
• 3 people — £15 per person, per session (course total £60 per person)
• 4 people — £15 per person, per session (course total £60 per person)

You can book directly via the Book a Session page. Once you’ve chosen your preferred time, you’ll be able to schedule all 4 sessions over a 6-week period. If the time you would like isn’t showing on the calendar, please get in touch.
