Terms of Service & Disclaimer

These Terms govern your use of the services provided by Online Yoga Physio, operated by Susie Hartnoll. By booking or attending an appointment, telehealth session, class, or workshop, you agree to these Terms.

1) Services provided

  • Physiotherapy consultations and exercise programmes are delivered online using Rehab Guru (secure telehealth platform and exercise database).

  • Workshops and classes may be delivered via Google Meet.

  • Online Yoga Physio operates online only and does not have a physical clinic location.

2) Medical disclaimer

  • Information and advice provided during sessions, classes, or via exercise programmes is for healthcare support and is not a substitute for an in-person medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • You should consult your GP or another healthcare professional if you have concerns about your health or if your condition changes.

  • If you experience pain, dizziness, or unexpected symptoms during exercise or a class, stop immediately and seek medical advice.

3) Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date health information before and during treatment.

  • Ensure you have a safe environment for exercise (enough space, suitable equipment, free from hazards).

  • Inform me of any changes to your health or medical condition that may affect your treatment.

  • Understand that group workshops and classes are general in nature and not a substitute for individualised physiotherapy advice.

4) Booking and payments

  • All bookings are made through Rehab Guru, which is the main platform for appointments, telehealth, and exercise programmes.

  • Payments are processed via Stripe within Rehab Guru. Online Yoga Physio does not store card details.

  • Booking confirmations and reminders are sent via email.

  • By booking through Rehab Guru, you also agree to their Terms and Privacy Policy.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling should be managed via Rehab Guru or by emailing susie@onlineyogaphysio.co.uk.

5) Confidentiality & privacy

  • All personal and health information is treated confidentially and stored securely in Rehab Guru.

6) Technology and limitations

  • Telehealth requires a reliable internet connection, working audio/video, and a private space.

  • Online Yoga Physio is not responsible for technical issues outside of reasonable control (e.g., internet outages).

  • Group classes on Google Meet are not recorded unless you provide explicit written consent.

7) Limitation of liability

  • You participate in online sessions, classes, and exercise programmes at your own risk.

  • Online Yoga Physio and Susie Hartnoll are not liable for injuries or damages that may occur during or after participation, except where UK law requires.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8) Intellectual property

  • All written, video, and digital exercise materials remain the intellectual property of Online Yoga Physio / Susie Hartnoll.

  • Materials are for your personal use only and must not be copied, shared, or redistributed without permission.

9) Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updates will be published here with an updated “Last updated” date.
