An 8-week exploration of movement — on and off the mat.
I’m a Physiotherapist and Yoga Teacher, and I’ve created this programme for fellow Yoga Practitioners who want to explore their practice through the lens of physiotherapy.
It’s not about chasing the perfect pose – it’s about using other movement disciplines to retrain the nervous system and support the practice.
When movement becomes more efficient and less effortful, yoga stops feeling like a struggle. Breath, body and mind connect with more ease – and from that, stillness naturally follows.
This programme is for yoga practitioners who:
Struggle with flexibility or strength in specific asana
Want tools to explore postures more deeply from an anatomy perspective, including:
Forward folds
Wide-legged forward folds
Backbends
Hip opening
Also, for newer practitioners from sports backgrounds – where tight hamstrings or limited flexibility make yoga feel especially demanding
Vairagya – Sutra 1.15.
Non-attachment. Be with the practice, not the outcome
This programme includes:
Ahimsa – Sutra 2.35
Practice with compassion. Honour where you are today.
Final notes to support you in the process:
Sutra 1.14 – Consistency
Stay steady with presence, patience and gentle persistence
Choose a path that suits your practice and goals
Start with the essentials and personalise your journey with optional add-ons. Perfect if you’d like to begin with a smaller commitment with flexibility to expand, at your own pace.
