Group pricing is available only when a full group is formed (2–4 people).
You’re welcome to join with friends or family, or let me know if you’re open to being matched with others. I’ll do my best to coordinate if there is interest.

Beginners Ashtanga Vinyasa

Learn the Ashtanga sequence at your own pace, with personalised guidance. 

Perfect if you’re curious about Ashtanga but find group classes daunting.  These 1:1 or small group sessions introduce the Primary Series in a clear, step-by-step format, with modifications to suit your body — helping you build confidence.

Includes:
• 4 x 55-minute sessions over 4–6 weeks
• Step-by-step introduction to the Primary Series
• Bonus downloadable PDF for home practice

Optional props: a block, belt

Ideal for:
• Complete beginners
• Returners after time away
• Anyone wanting a confident foundation before joining a group setting

Gentle Hatha

Breath-led, restorative movement to support healing and recovery. These sessions offer a calm, supportive space to help you move with greater ease.  

Includes:
• 4 x 55-minute sessions over 4–6 weeks
• Gentle yoga tailored to your body and energy levels
• Breathwork or guided relaxation

Optional props: blocks, belt, bolster, blanket

Ideal for:
• Injury recovery
• Chronic pain or fatigue
• Stress, anxiety, or low energy

1:1 Strength-Focused Pilates

Build strength and stability with a mat-based approach.

These Pilates-inspired sessions focus on core strength, postural control, and functional conditioning. Ideal for post-rehab support, injury prevention.

Includes:
• 4 x 55-minute sessions over 4–6 weeks
• Mat-based Pilates tailored to your level and goals

Optional equipment: light weights, resistance bands

Ideal for:
• Strength development
• Core and spinal stability

Pricing (per session):

• 1:1 — £45 per person
• 2 people — £25 per person
• 3-4 people — £15 per person

You’re welcome to organise your own group or register interest in joining one.

Let me know in advance and I’ll record it for you to complete in your own time.

Booking a 1:1 course

You can book directly via the Book a Session page. Once you’ve chosen your preferred time, you’ll be able to schedule all 4 sessions over a 6-week period. If the time you would like isn’t showing on the calendar, please get in touch.

Booking a group course (2–4 people)

Please contact me directly to arrange. Group sessions need to be scheduled manually, and all 4 sessions must be booked at the time of confirming your chosen day and time.
