1) One-to-one physiotherapy sessions

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

• Refunds are not given for cancellations or missed sessions.

2) Group classes and workshops

• If you cannot attend a live class, please let me know before the class starts.

• Where notice is given, you will receive access to a recorded version of that week’s class to catch up.

• Missed classes without notice are non-refundable.

3) Technical issues

• Please ensure you have a reliable internet connection for online sessions.

• If a session is disrupted due to a technical issue on my side, I will rearrange at no extra cost.

4) How to cancel or reschedule

• Cancellations can be made via your Rehab Guru booking account, or by emailing susie@onlineyogaphysio.co.uk.

5) Exceptions

• In exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergency), I may waive this policy at my discretion.

6) Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will appear on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
